I’m the son of an immigrant who moved to Japan in the 1990s. I grew up here, went through the local school system, and built my career working in both Japanese and multinational companies.
Along the way, I had to learn how things really work in Japan. Not just at work, but in everyday life, culture, and the many systems you need to navigate to build a stable life here.
